What each discipline includes.

The full scope of each service, as we carry it out at the plant and in the shop.

01 · Mechanical works
  • Fabrication and installation of piping and structures.
  • Installation of mechanical equipment: accumulators, heat exchangers and air coolers.
  • Fabrication, repair and installation of storage tanks for water and hydrocarbons, in accordance with DS 160, API 650 and API 653.
  • Maintenance and process welding qualified in GMAW, GTAW, FCAW, SMAW and STT.

02 · Piping
  • Prefabrication and installation of steel pipe.
  • HDPE pipe joined by butt fusion and electrofusion.
  • Gas pipelines, water mains, oil pipelines, and sanitary, hydraulic and drinking water supply lines.
  • Cooling and process lines in operating plants.

  • Earthworks with heavy machinery.

  • Metallizing of impellers, blades and shafts by arc spray and HVOF.
