We carry out studies and execution of engineering, architecture and construction projects. Civil, mechanical and sanitary works, structural steel and piping. Since 2018, with a head office in Viña del Mar and our own fabrication shop in Calama, close to the large-scale mining sites of northern Chile.
Our clients run smelters, plants and terminals that do not stop. That is why every project is planned with operations: maneuver windows agreed with the Division, area signage and constant control of the risks of work at height and heavy lifts.
We also provide maintenance services for industrial plants and on-site inspection and technical assistance, with qualified personnel and certified welding processes.

- Stage 01
Receipt of material
Two trucks with the complete order of A192 tubes and the inlet and outlet headers for each bank arrive at the Concón shop. They are unloaded and stored as material in transit.
- Stage 02
Quality inspection
The quality team inspects the lot to verify that the tubes and headers match the purchase request and the technical specifications of the project. Nothing goes to fabrication without being released.
- Stage 03
Shop fabrication
The drawings specify the cutting, sizing, jig layout and welding of each serpentine coil that makes up the boiler tube banks. Boiler bank No. 6 adds up to more than 1,000 welded joints.
- Stage 04
Certification
The finished bank goes through all the quality certifications before dispatch. It is the assurance the client requires to install the unit in the boiler and extend its service life.
- Stage 05
Lifting and dispatch
About 13 tonnes and many parts: the lift is delicate and calls for an 80-tonne crane. The bank is loaded onto a lowboy truck and travels under escort to the Chuquicamata smelter.

Our quality management system is certified by IRAM to the ISO 9001:2015 standard, with registration RI 9000-14832 and international IQNet recognition. It is the credential clients verify in every tender process and every supplier audit.
In practice it means processes documented from start to finish: review of engineering and materials before fabrication, quality release before each stage, traceability of every weld and client acceptance at close-out.
